Housing Officers

As part of the housing management team reporting to the Housing Services Manager and working closely with residents and all internal departments, you will live and breathe the values of Ekaya and ensure that the voice of the customer is heard.  This is an exciting time to be joining Ekaya, we have ambitious growth plans and you will need to be comfortable working directly with our customers providing First Class services, and finding solutions when things do go wrong. 

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Housing Officer with a positive outlook and a proactive hands-on approach. The ability to develop strong relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders will be key.

Volunteering Opportunities

At Ekaya, we offer work experience and volunteering opportunities to our residents in either corporate services or housing. Work will include general administration in answering the phone, processing paper work and supporting the Head Office staff. We are committed to working with our residents and can offer flexible opportunities for people to learn new skills and experience working in the housing sector.

Volunteering and work placements are a great way of gaining experience, helping you to understand what skills are required in different types of places and jobs. It is also a great way of getting an up-to-date reference to include on your CV that will help you get into paid employment. Early Years Practitioner

At Ekaya Housing Association we understand that providing the best enabling services is crucial to our success whilst ensuring a customer-centric approach to our work. We require an Early Years Practitioner who will ensure that safeguarding best practice is demonstrated in the care and wellbeing for children to thrive.
