Background

Tracey has worked in the social housing sector for over 25 years delivering housing management, community and customer services, and primarily in London-based housing associations.

Tracey began her career in Birmingham, working in some of the most deprived areas of the city and tackling racial harassment across South Birmingham.

Over the last 15 years, Tracey has held senior, executive and non-executive roles which more recently included Chair of Penge Churches HA, Director of Housing and Communities for One Housing, Executive Director of housing management at Homes for Haringey.  Tracey has been Chief Executive Officer at Women's Pioneer Housing since 2022.  

Tracey routinely mentors BME housing professionals and is currently mentoring on the Future of London Leaders Plus programme as well as being part of the Speaker Diversity Network and Speaker Diversity Pledge, supported by the Mayor of London.

Throughout her 25 years in housing, Tracey has continued to be an advocate for inclusivity and diversity.
