Supported Housing

Mother and babyAdditionally we provide floating support to young people and teenage parents already living in the community, in temporary accommodation.

These young people require varying levels of support to enable them to maintain their independence in their own home.

Support Planning

With the aid of a structured, individual-centred support plan we focus on the following areas for support:

  • Housing services
  • Developing parenting skills
  • Accessing and maintaining education, training and employment
  • Health and wellbeing
  • Healthy relationships
  • Living independently in the community
