Ekaya provides housing and housing management services to around 500 properties in south London.
Our aim is to provide quality housing for our residents whilst ensuring we deliver an effective, prompt, efficient and accurate housing management service that meets their needs and delivers agreed standards.
We believe that providing a high standard of service to our residents and service users is a priority.
Supported Housing
Additionally we provide floating support to young people and teenage parents already living in the community, in temporary accommodation.
These young people require varying levels of support to enable them to maintain their independence in their own home.
Support Planning
With the aid of a structured, individual-centred support plan we focus on the following areas for support:
- Housing services
- Developing parenting skills
- Accessing and maintaining education, training and employment
- Health and wellbeing
- Healthy relationships
- Living independently in the community
Our support aims to enable independence and reduce social exclusion by building individuals confidence and self-esteem and preparing them to live successfully in and contribute to their local communities.
Ekaya does not accept self-referrals so all potential residents must be referred by one of the following agencies:
- Local authority homeless persons units
- Local authorities special housing units
- Statutory agencies
- Voluntary organisations working in partnership with local authority homeless persons units
