Ekaya held its Resident Fun Day on 7th September 2024 in partnership with SW9 Community Housing, the event proved to be an immense success with a great turnout from our residents and families. We estimate that there were approximately 368 residents combined from both organisations.
We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Lambeth, John-Paul Ennis, along with our stakeholders and Board members.
Our residents and their families enjoyed a day of fun-filled activities, raffle prizes, and entertainment, which included a mobile zoo, music by African drummers, steel band and face painting. The menu included Caribbean cuisine, ice cream, and burgers, and chips.
