BACKGROUND
Allison joined Ekaya in April 2022 with over 25 years’ experience in the UK social housing sector.
With a strong background in corporate service disciplines, including finance and strategic HR, she has held executive leadership roles in large, medium-sized and small Housing Associations as well as non-executive director roles.
A qualified accountant and Fellow of the CIPD, Allison is an experienced leader and mentor on the Future of London Leadership programmes.
