Aisha qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and specialises in housing law. She has worked in Local Government, Housing Associations and in private practice. She joined Sovereign Network Group (formerly Network Homes) in October 2017 as their in-house housing law expert. She is currently the Interim Head of legal services and manages the in-house legal team.
She is passionate about social housing and is a member of the Law Society’s Housing Law committee.
She is a Housing Quality Network Associate and has delivered training sessions throughout the country on various topics including, disrepair, Anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud. She enjoys delivering training and empowering people.
Aisha is a mentor on the G15 womens mentoring programme and the Legal Guides mentoring scheme to help those from underrepresented backgrounds.
